Personal Training
Personal Training is suited to those with specific fitness goals and/or certain injuries that may need more attention.
Training sessions can run for either 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour and are developed to help you achieve a desired outcome.
Each session is always different as we use a combination of both resistance training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) in your program.
Your program will continue to develop so that you get the variety you need in order for you to continue to reach personal bests and see results.

Small Group Training is suited to those who enjoy working out with others and who don't have serious injuries.
Training sessions can run for either 45 minutes or 1 hour are developed to suit every one involved.
You will never get bored as each session is always different, combining resistance and HIIT training to ensure you can reach your goals!
This variety of training contributes to the improved fitness and well-being of every participant in each session.

1:1: $65 per 45-minutes / $50 per 30-minutes / $75 per 1-hour session
2:1: $40 each per 45-minute / $35 each per 30-minutes / $50 each per 1-hour session
3:1: $30 each per 45-minute / $40 each per 1-hour session
4:1: $25 each per 45-minute / $30 each per 1-hour session
