You are invited to experience a blissful Full Moon Yin Yoga practice with Caterina from Collective Fitness & Yoga đ«
When: âȘThursday 17th February at 6.45pmÂ
Where: 13 Sunview Crescent Mildura (CFY Studio)Â
Time: âȘ6.45pm-7.45pm (1 hour practice)
The Full Moon is seen as the climax of the lunar cycle and is a perfect time for letting go of any energy and/or habits that aren't serving you right now đÂ
Itâs a powerful time to connect to travel inwards, connect to your divine feminine and focus on replenishing your own energy đ§đœââïž

In this Yin Yoga practice, poses will be held for up to 5 minutes to allow you to access deeper layers of your fascia (connective tissue) to release muscle tension.

You will experience Pranayama (controlled breath work) and meditation to help bring you into your calm nervous system đđœ

Post practice, you will feel a sense of calmness, grounding, and experience a beautiful nightâs sleep đŽ
