Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga at Collective Fitness & Yoga is a restorative practice designed to help you connect with your divine feminine and embrace your yin energy. In this class, we hold poses for 5 minutes to access deeper layers of your fascia, releasing muscle tension throughout your body.
We’ll combine restorative yoga postures, Pranayama (controlled breath work), and meditation to guide you into your para-sympathetic nervous system, promoting a sense of calm and grounding. You’ll leave feeling relaxed and ready for a beautiful night’s sleep.
All necessary props, including yoga mats, straps, bolsters, and blankets, are provided, making this class suitable for all levels of experience, from complete beginners to advanced yogis.

Yin Yoga is held on Wednesday at 6.15pm.
yoga FLOW
Yoga Flow is an hour class that involves energetic movement through the form of postures in a sequence for your full body.
The class starts with a seated or lying meditation combined with breathwork. Then moves into a standing warm-up and sun salutation before the main sequence where each pose will be held for 1-3 breaths. The cool down consists of seated twists, hip openers and supine stretches.
You will leave this practice feeling not only the strength of your body, but also a deep connection to it.
All necessary props, including yoga mats, straps, bolsters, and blankets, are provided, making this class suitable for all levels of experience, from complete beginners to advanced yogis.

Yoga Flow is held on Tuesdays at 6.15pm
and
Sculpt & Soften Yoga flow is on Saturdays at 7.30am.
Gentle & Grounding Flow at Collective Fitness & Yoga combines breathwork (pranayama), guided mediation and gentle flowing movement connected to the breath.
Each class will begin with a different breathwork practice designed to ground your mind, soften your body, relax your nervous system, and unify your energy.
The guided meditation will take you on an inner journey that will feel both grounding and expansive, the meditative journey will be different in each class ranging from clearing your chakras to connecting with your radiant health.
The gentle movement will connect yogic flow to your breath, with a mix of standing and floor sequences to move energy while gently improving your flexibility, strength, and mobility.
You will leave this class feeling grounded and energised.
We will use a range of props in this class including bolsters, straps, blocks, and mats, all of which will be provided.
This class is suitable for all levels of experience and adjustments will be offered when needed.

Gentle + Grounding Flow is held on Sundays at 9.30am.

Full Moon Yin Yoga is a gentle one-hour practice that will help you to rest your mind and soften into your body.
In this Yin Yoga class, we hold poses for 3-5 minutes to lengthen and create space in the body, to release tension and fill your body with healing light.
The full moon is a moment of illumination, what has been suppressed or hidden is pulled into the light.
This class will be a combination of pranayama (breathing practice) guided meditation, slow gentle movement, held gentle poses and savasana (with a little head massage).
All movement and poses are suitable for all bodies (variations will be offered) and all levels of yoga experience.

New Moon Restorative Yoga is a slow and gentle one hour practice, in which poses are held from two to five minutes at a time.
The period of the New Moon is seen as a time of new beginnings, giving us the space and energy to plant the seeds for our future.
It gives off a powerful energy, allowing us to travel inwards, set goals and start new projects.
You will feel a sense of calmness, grounding, and experience a beautiful night’s sleep.
Take a complimentary sleep tea home with you to enjoy post Savasana post practice.
