CATERINA
FOUNDER, PERSONAL TRAINER,
YOGA & PILATES INSTRUCTOR.
Cat is the founder of Collective Fitness & Yoga, Mildura’s only women-only gym. A personal trainer and Yoga and Pilates instructor, Cat created Collective with one clear purpose: to give women a space where they feel safe, supported, and strong in every stage of life.
With a deep passion for women’s health and strength, Cat specialises in helping women build confidence and resilience from pre and post-natal training to long-term strength and movement.
As a mum herself, she understands the physical and emotional shifts women experience, and brings both knowledge and empathy into every session.

TALIA
WOMEN'S STRENGTH COACH
Talia is a strength coach with a genuine love for movement and helping women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.
As a mother, she understands the importance of sustainable training that supports both physical strength and everyday life.
Kind, supportive, and deeply encouraging, Talia creates a welcoming environment where women feel seen, heard, and empowered to move at their own pace.
Her coaching style focuses on building strength, celebrating progress, and meeting each woman exactly where she’s at.
LAURA
WOMEN'S STRENGTH COACH
Laura is a strength coach and pre & post-natal coaching specialist, bringing a wealth of knowledge in anatomy and physiology to support women through every stage of pregnancy and beyond.
Known for her motivating, positive, and upbeat energy, Laura creates sessions that leave women feeling empowered, confident, and capable. She’s passionate about educating clients, building long-term strength, and helping women move with confidence during pregnancy and recovery.
Laura’s approach blends science-backed coaching with encouragement and enthusiasm.
JULIE
YOGA TEacher
Julie is an experienced yoga teacher with a deep knowledge across a wide range of yoga styles, including Lyengar, Ashtanga, Bikram, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and more.
Her diverse training allows her to create classes that are thoughtful, balanced, and accessible for all levels.
With a love for incorporating meditation and sound healing into her sessions, Julie often includes guided mindfulness and the soothing tones of the sound bowl to create a deeply calming and grounding experience. Her classes are a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect both physically and mentally.
STACEY
YOGA TEACHER
Stacy is a Yoga Teacher specialising in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Trauma-Aware Yoga, and Level 2 Reiki.
With a fun, warm, and welcoming approach, she creates a safe and supportive space where everyone feels seen, supported, and at ease.
Her classes are slow, grounding, and deeply nourishing; designed to help you unwind, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your body.
Stacy teaches with understanding and compassion, making her sessions perfect for anyone looking to move gently, breathe deeply, and truly relax.
DANELLA
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Danella is a Pilates Instructor who loves to challenge her clients while always bringing an element of fun to every session.
She’s deeply passionate about health, fitness, and overall wellbeing, and believes Pilates is for everyone; offering physical, mental, and emotional benefits.
Her love for fitness began after spinal surgery when she was younger, leading her to complete her Mat and Reformer Pilates qualifications and understanding how to work around complex injuries.
ALANA
PILATES INSTRUCTOR &
PREGNANCY AND BIRTH DOULA.
Alana is a Mat Pilates Instructor and qualified Pregnancy & Birth Doula, with a deep passion for supporting women through every stage of motherhood.
As a mum of two and podcast host, she brings both professional expertise and real-life experience into her work. Her approach blends mindful movement with practical, evidence-based support, helping women feel strong, confident, and informed throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Alana’s sessions focus on controlled movement designed to build core strength, improve mobility, and support the body through change.
