SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small Group Training is perfect for those who enjoy working out in a supportive group environment and don’t have serious injuries.
No two sessions are the same as we combine resistance training and HIIT to keep things challenging, fun, and effective.
This variety helps every participant improve strength, fitness, and overall wellbeing while enjoying the energy of training together.

Mat Pilates is a mindful, low-impact practice designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance posture.
Moving with control and precision, each exercise creates a deep, effective burn while fostering a strong mind-body connection.
Using props like rings, balls, and ankle weights, our experienced instructors add variety and challenge to every session.

HIIT Express is a high-energy, 45-minute cardio and strength class designed to challenge all fitness levels, burn calories, and boost metabolism.
